National Ovarian Cancer Coalition The organization wrapped gifts with handmade paper printed with unique snowflake designs created by our very own members. The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition’s mission is to raise awareness and promote education about ovarian cancer. The coalition is committed to improving the survival rate and quality of life for woman with ovarian cancer. You can make a donation here. |
Knitta Spring, 2009. Street art and craftiness combined, several {NewNew} members have joined the efforts of Knitta, who were commissioned to cover 69 parking meter poles with knitted sleeves on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights beginning April 2009. For more photos see our flickr pool.
